My garageband LQ cover of Mean by Taylor Swift. I did it in one take. Yolo.
Instrumental credit goes to whoever this is.

I wrote this song, The Same, when I was nineteen and it was produced by Jared Tuttle. I was in a band with him before Heroes and Underdogs called The Millicent and it was a very fun time in my life. The verses in this song have traveled with me through the years and when I finally wrote The Feeling We Know All Too Well everything clicked. I love H&U’s version the best but it’s nice to look back and see where I’ve come from. I hope you all like it!
I’ve said this a few times before
I lost my head and i don’t be the same again
Tasteless kisses are strung out above my head
To prove to the neighbors everything I left unsaid
With nothing left to prove
There’s nothing left to do but sit here
and think about the could’ve-beens
Faces they
Don’t match names
and I’m lost as always
Ooh Oh Oh
I lost my head
Oh Oh Oh
And I won’t be the same
Why are we forced so far apart
Between your smile and my eyes
We’ll rip this earth a new one
And I just don’t understand why you won’t look at me
With nothing left to prove
There’s nothing left to do
But sit here and think about the could’ve-beens
Stories they
Are all fake
and I’m forced into reality
You pretty little thing you’ve got a hold on the whole world
You’re wrapped so tightly
You visit him nightly
You pretty little thing you’ve got a hold on the whole world
Just watch it pass you by
